Zo zorgt u ervoor dat u ongedierte permanent onder controle houdt en uw huis of planten duurzaam beschermd blijven.

Wij leveren de door u geselecteerde producten automatisch, volgens de door u gewenste levertijd en zonder dat u telkens opnieuw hoeft te bestellen.
Je bespaart ook 5% korting op elke levering en u profiteert van gratis standaard verzending en andere exclusieve voordelen.

Ons abonnement is flexibel en op elk gewenst moment online aan te passen: wijzig de bezorginterval, ruil producten of pauzeer – precies wanneer u het nodig heeft.

U behoudt te allen tijde volledige controle:

Een paar dagen voor elke levering ontvang je een herinneringsmail en kun je vervolgens eenvoudig beslissen of je de hoeveelheid, de bezorgdatum of het bezorginterval wilt aanpassen. Uiteraard kun je je abonnement ook op elk moment opzeggen – zonder minimale looptijd en zonder gedoe.

Subscribing is very easy:

Activate the subscription option directly on the respective product page, select your desired delivery interval and complete the order as usual.

Please note: With a subscription, only the product you have selected will be delivered. Additional items or gifts in your shopping cart are not included in the subscription.

You will receive a confirmation email after completing your subscription.

There you will find a link that allows you to manage your subscription flexibly at any time.

If you haven't had a customer account before, one will be created for you automatically. You will receive a separate email with information on how to easily manage future orders, products, and your account details.

Your subscription orders will be automatically triggered at the selected interval.

Billing always takes place on the day of shipment.

Once your subscription is active, you can manage it flexibly at any time.

You can change the next order date, skip a delivery, adjust the delivery interval, or cancel your subscription.

Simply log in to your customer account and open the section. "Your subscriptions".

Please note: Changes or cancellations may take up to 24 hours to be fully processed.

Change order date

To adjust the date of your next order, open the relevant section in your subscription area. "View next order" and click on "Move".

Then select a new date.

If you have multiple subscriptions and only want to change the date for a specific product, select that product and click on "Edit", to customize the order date.

Change delivery interval

The current delivery interval is displayed directly next to each of your subscribed products.

Simply click on the displayed interval to change it and select the rhythm that suits you best.

Skip delivery

If you want to pause a delivery, open "View next order" and choose there "Skip" out of.

This will skip the entire pending order.

Om uw abonnement op te zeggen, opent u het gedeelte "Mijn abonnementen" en selecteer het juiste product.

Scroll naar beneden en klik op "Abonnement opzeggen", dan kunt u een reden selecteren.

Zodra uw annulering is bevestigd, worden er geen verdere bestellingen meer verwerkt. U ontvangt een bevestigingsmail.

Let op: het kan maximaal 24 uur duren voordat de volledige verwerking is voltooid.

Tip: behoud je abonnement en pas het flexibel aan

Als u uw abonnement alleen wilt wijzigen omdat uw huidige behoeften zijn veranderd, hoeft u niet per se op te zeggen.

Je kunt in plaats daarvan Een levering overslaan, pas het leveringsinterval aan of zelfs om het product binnen het abonnement te wijzigen – vooral handig als u de voorkeur geeft aan seizoensgebonden GREEN GUARDIA-producten.

Zo behoudt u alle voordelen:
Gratis verzending, 5% korting op elke levering en dubbele spaarpunten.

Deze voordelen vervallen bij beëindiging van het contract.
